The Nominating Committee at Good Shepherd/El Buen Pastor Lutheran Church consists of five voting members, ideally including two outgoing members of the Congregation Council, and is elected during the annual meeting for a one-year term. The primary responsibility of this committee is to prayerfully identify, approach, and recommend qualified candidates for elected leadership positions, including the Congregation Council and Synod Assembly representatives.
