The Constitution Committee at Good Shepherd/El Buen Pastor Lutheran Church is a special committee convened to review, draft, and recommend updates to the congregation’s constitution and bylaws in accordance with the Model Constitution of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
